 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Door Savvy was a true five star (5 🌟) experience.  While closing the garage door, I heard a loud snap but the door closed fully.  I discovered that the torsion spring broke into two pieces.

I searched out Garage Door Services on Google, and was impressed with the universally great reviews of Door Savvy.

They were true to reputation, came in a 1 hour time window, gave an estimate right away, had the part, and fixed this little disaster.  An added bonus was a nice tune up and a price that I considered fair.

My wife said the technician was well organised, respectful, and knew his trade.

They were able to send someone that afternoon!
Terry arrived earlier than scheduled, which was appreciated.
He was very knowledgeable and assessed the issue. Since our opener was over 22 years old, we decided to replace it with a new one.  Terry was very efficient and had the new opener installed and our door working in a short period of time.  He meticulously cleaned up after the installation and instructed us on the features of the new system.
He was very professional and helpful.

Thomas was incredible.  He clearly explained every step of the repair and never made me feel rushed in answering my many questions.

Thomas took the time to assess the rest of the components and give me an estimate on how long they were likely to last.  He also secured my sensor wire and replaced my indoor pad, even though they weren't part of the original service plan.  All done at an extremely reasonable cost.

It's rare to find this level of honesty, professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Door Savvy to anyone needing garage door repairs.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recent work done at my dad's house.  Old garage opener dead. Terry came by the next day to explain what happened to the old opener and provided estimate on replacement -- provided options.

We agreed on replacement and he came the following day to replace the old opener and install the new one.

After completing the job, as promised, he found a couple more issues that may prematurely cause the new opener to fail. He recommended replacing the old (rusty) rollers and replace the (frayed) stainless steel cables adjacent to the rollers. The coil at the top was fine.

I didn't consider it upselling but necessary work to maintain the opener. It's amazing to think the old opener lasted 34 years before it died. Not because of maintenance (which my parents did not do) but probably good luck.

Nevertheless, I found Terry to be professional, punctual, and an honest hard worker. I would have no problems recommending this company for future work replacing a garage door +/- opener.
